Dynamics of hydrocarbon production in long-developed fields of the South Caspian basin with emphasis on reserves renewability

Abstract The scientific basis of the paper is concept renewability oil and gas resources. In accordance with this concept, purpose to estimate volumetric rate natural replenishment reservoir using example long-developed Bibieybat Garadag condensate fields in South Caspian Basin (SCB). methodological approach assessment based on authors' assumption that at late stage field development, recoverable amount hydrocarbon fluids compensated by their inflow, as a result which or production stabilizes. analysis dynamics for covered period from 1935 2018, 1955 1979. calculated 29 operating facilities varies per well within 0.32–1.4 ton/day (averaging 0.76 ton/day) about 277 ton/year. inflow 5.2 thousand m 3 /day well.
